1. Leveringstermijn
Opmerking : wij streven ernaar om jullie zo snel mogelijk te leveren, het gebeurt vaak dat er een bestelling geplaatst is tussen 12:00 en 15:00 u en het wordt reeds de volgende dag geleverd! Vergeet niet om een verzendadres te kiezen (ouder, kantoor ,...) waar iemand uw pakket kan ontvangen tijdens de kantooruren.

2. Express leveringen
Voor een gegarandeerde express dienst (D +1), opteren wij voor koeriersdiensten. Deze tarieven variëren en worden bevestigd op onze pagina 'betalingsmogelijkheden' alvorens te bestellen.
3. Order Tracking
Alle bestellingen DevilPrint hebben een bestelcode beschikbaar in uw account. Deze code zal ook automatisch worden gecommuniceerd via e-mail wanneer uw bestelling klaar is om te verzenden.
Met deze code kan u de verzending van uw bestelling online volgen via de website van de expediteur partner alsook via de directe site DevilPrint onder rubriek "order tracking".
Uw bestelling is héél belangrijk voor ons. Onze verpakkingen en beveiligingen werden speciaal ontwikkeld voor onze producten alsook om hun integriteit ervan te waarborgen tijdens het vervoer.
Wanneer uw pakket onze werkplaats verlaat, wordt het verder ondersteund door de meest aangewezen operationele partner Dugé (of door u verkozen koerier). Wij zijn er ook van overtuigd dat onze partners uw zending met ernst zullen behandelen.
Wat indien de verpakking beschadigd is ?
Accepteer nooit een beschadigd pakket (pakket zwaar beschadigd of geopend). In alle gevallen bij beschadigdiging van het pakket, noteer het op de bon van “goed ontvangst” of open uw pakket in het bijzijn van de distributeur.en controleer staat van uw product alsook het aantal .
